The old champion on mobile industry will be coming back really soon, next February to be exact. Like before Nokia confirmed that they are going to show their new models on MWC (Mobile World Congress) in Barcelona, and from the information that we have they are going to be high class phones.
The Finns have been advertising their comeback to the smartphone industry for a while now, but this time with Android as their OS instead of Windows. The reason why so much years passed without there being any Nokia Android phones is because Microsoft owned all rights on the brand. Finally the owner of the brand is again Nokia, and if they are as good as before 2017 is going to be an interesting year for smartphones.
From the announcements, the two new devices will have 5,2 and 5,5 inch displays and they will be made out of aluminum. They are expected to be IP68 waterproof like the Galaxy S7 series. The camera should be the main focus of the innovations that will be built in the phone, we are expecting a camera with the biggest light sensitivity than any other smartphone camera to date, and there are some speculations that some part of it will be built out of grafine. From its history Nokia and their PireView technology ware leading the market when it comes to cameras , and their newest creation wont fall behind.
With their high class devices, Nokia is really expecting to make a big explosion in the smartphone market and that’s why they are already announcing D1C phone, a middle class phone that will be released a bit after his older brothers. We know that D1C will have 5,5 inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 430 processor, 3GB of RAM, 16 to 32 GB of memory and a 16 megapixel camera.
Nokia phones will most likely come with Android Nougat and Z Launcher skin by Nokia, that you can download from Play Store right now to try it out.
